Collapse Widgets on Mobile is not responding

Hi,

We just noticed the footer widgets on mobile are collapsed but they won’t open on touch response. We have the setting selected as “on” in the theme setting, can you help to make them respond?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, switch to the parent theme temporarily.

I’ve disabled all the plugins not related to the theme, switched to parent and put a quick link for admin access in the “Private Content” section.
