What can I make here?

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.woodmart-woocommerce-layered-nav .filter-swatch>span {
    background-repeat: repeat;
}

Perfect works. But when I create an other categorie I do not want to show it is in the menu again…

The real issue on the website is caused by the images you used for the swatches.

You have used images some are round and some are square. You need to use round images then check back.
