Color OR Size selection in shop page

I hope someone can help.
Picture attached to make it more clear.
We want customers to be able to select COLOR or size in shop page, without having the enter the product page, unless they want more info.
So the ”select” options has to change to ADD and +- QT buttons most be visible
If we need to make default selection ( so white can be selected ) in order to make the +- button visible, thats also ok for us. The customer may select Black if need.

In order to activate such behavior on the shop page, you need to change the product grid style via Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Product styles -> set e.g the “Quick” style: https://take.ms/ltUCy

On this website, i can select variation by clicking on the color below of the image ( like for the wood smatch or the clock item, then that variation is directly added to the cart ( thats how i want it )

On my shop however, i can click on variation, the color changes, but still when i click Cart item, i have to select variation again ( despite it has already been chosen )
