Color swatches problems

Hi there i have the following issue:
The color swatches (the color circles) don’t appear on the detailed page of a product eg:
http://e-twow.ro/produs/booster/
but i have the standard dropdown select

In the shop page (http://e-twow.ro/shop/) the color swatches appear just fine with round buttons.

What should i do?

PS: On the previous version of the theme i had the same settings and the swatches appeared on the detailed page of a product.

Please, update the theme to the 3.1.4 version firstly. If the issue still exists, please provide us your FTP access too.

How to update without losing my files and settings?
Can i upload the files in the basel directory in wp/themes? via ftp?

To update the theme you need download the latest version on ThemeForest -> Downloads. Then just reupload new theme via Appearance -> Themes but install this plugin firstly https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Also, we suggest you make a backup of all your files before any update.
