Color variations on archive page

Hi
I have an issue with the color variatons displayed on the archive page.
on the link you can see 2 products – one with 1 color variaton and the other with none.
Both of them have 6 color variations (you can see in the quick view or inside the product page).
Please help me figure this out.

I cannot enter your site I am over 18 however I am forbidden. Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme.

Make sure you have enabled the option in the Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > Grid swatch attribute to display – choose pa_color (the color attribute, for example) and “Use images from product variations”. The variable product should have featured image for each variation.

I disabled the age restriction.
What is the other error you get?

I made sure all of the settings are set correctly, however I want to show the color swatches instead of images, so I disabled it.
