Compare and wishlist not working

Hi there,

Our compare and wishlist feature are not working properly.

The single product page is showing triple compare and double wishlist buttons. Then when you add an item to compare or wishlist, you are unable to view the wishlist or compare page as it redirects you back to the product.

Kindly help us fix the issue.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Should I deactivate the Yith Compare and Wishlist plugins too?

When I deactivated all the plugins (excluding the ones you asked me to leave and the Yith Compare and Wishlist, the issue still persisted.

Then I deactivated Yith Compare and Wishlist along with the other plugins, and the double and triple buttons disappeared – leaving only single buttons for each as it is supposed to be. However, the functionality of the Compare and Wishlist are still not working as it still redirects to the product – instead of seeing the list of products in compare or wishlist.

Please disable the CMB2 plugin, this plugin was required for the old version a couple of years ago. Now, this plugin is harmful.
