Hi Woodmart,

Question 1: Compare functionality

We have the compare functionality in the header. Added products but if we click to compare, nothing is happening. are we doing something weird?

Furthermore, we want to add this kind of bar

The red bar of free shipping, free returns, support 24/7 etcetera. I tried to build it but I did not succeed.
I also tried to copy the the html code of that bar but it didnt work like that.

Can u look at those 2 questions?

1. According what you described, it looks like that cache issue.

In general, Wishlist, Cart and Compare pages should not be cached at all, so I suggest you exclude those pages from the cache and recheck the issue.

2. To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) and screenshots that illustrate the problem to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

Point 1. Its not working on my end which is strange. If I click on compare button in the header, it leads me to the homepage. Ur screenshot was from the wishing list.

I meant the compare icon.

I imported the footer template, but somehow, I cant import it on the homepage. I want to place it above the footer. Can u look with me?

You can check under themplates the footer.

1 other thing that is not working correctly i think. My blog articles are not shown. If I click on the blog and then click the message. It wont open -> https://vaneliving.nl/blog/

I created 1 blog as a test, but if u click on the blog, nothing happens.

1. Yes its fixed thanks! How did you fix it?

2. Also, on category page like for example -> https://vaneliving.nl/categorie/kasten/.
There is content beneath the page, I looked everywhere but I cant get it to removed. Its on every category page is coming back. Can u point me in the right direction where I can remove it?

1. Please navigate to Settings > Permalinks and re-save the settings.

2. You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit Single product layouts and configure the sections.

For some reason our footer on mobile is very strange. Its all in 1 row. Can u change it back to the default how it was original? See screenshot.
