Compatibility with WooCommerce Back in Stock Notifications

We’ve bought and installed the plugin:
https://woocommerce.com/products/back-in-stock-notifications/
and it’s not showing up on the product page.

We checked that the plugin shows on the default theme with the same plugins installed.

is it possible to use it? If so, how? If not, any compatible alternatives?
