Conflict with Elementor

I have had issues with an Elementor conflict, can you please help

Below is a message from Elementor Support

2) But you will still not be able to use the Elementor editor as the Woodmart theme is having some conflict with Elementor. if you change the theme to something else, the editor will load fine. But please note that the contents created using the Woodmart theme will be lost when changing the theme.

I would recommend you to contact the Woodmart theme support to further check this issue as it it causing a JS error when activated, which is preventing the Elementor editor from loading.

I have checked, as has elementor, the plug ins and none of them appear to be conflicting.

Do you still need me to disengage all of them?
