Conflict with Elementor Pro in Order Complete page

    Whenever I press the checkout button instead of redirecting the page to https://aranyjewelry.com/checkout/order-received it’s redirecting to https://aranyjewelry.com/order-received, which doesn’t exist.

    If I disable the elementor pro plugin I get the correct behavior.
    As soon as I activate it again the wrong redirecting appears again.

    I’ve reached our Elementor Pro support and it seems that the problem is in the woodmart plugin.

    This was their response:

    “The page set in WooCommerce is Order Received: https://prnt.sc/edaVz7YkWq9F. The WoodMart plugin is preventing the Elementor Site Settings from appearing. Here the order page is not set: https://prnt.sc/ZkFnS4bPsn4n.

    I suggest contacting the theme developers to find out why their plugin is causing our Site Settings not to appear. I have reactivated it after my investigation. It only happens when Pro is active because it adds the WooCommerce settings/theme builder.”

    This is a very big blocker and I would be very much appreciated if you can release a patch/workaround to fix this behavior.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, I cannot change the theme of this current project. However, I’ve already tested it a couple of days ago in another separate project with a different theme and all the current plugins and it worked fine.

    Please provide a workaround that doesn’t involve changing themes.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    I’m sorry but you asked me if this works in other themes and I said that it does. Why do you need the staging env if I already narrow the possibilities to your theme?

    I honestly don’t understand what happened. This has been a blocker for over 7 days and suddenly start working.
