Sorry I just found out that the mail delivered , the problem is hat no any notification after sending appears.
I mean for example”thank you , your message was sent!” or etc.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce. Please check the plugin settings.
