Hello where can i translate the string, or how is the string name i don t find it

If you have a multilingual site, just insert the prase as it is into a string search and translates.

If you just translate the site into a language enter the form and replace the text inside the form.

i don’t find it in the string search, i did search for contact form 7 and also for the name of the form kontaktformular 1 ? i have a multilingual site yes

You need to find the plugin documentation and find the option. What plugin do you use? If it is WPML go to WPML Sting translations

If you cannot find you can create two different forms for different languages.
