Contact from is not submitting ,clearing data tried multiple ways

not receiving email

getting email from other module like woocomerce etc

Please make the full backup of your site and test the problem on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. If you see the same on the default theme, contact your host support let them configure the email sending.

Already contacted email is working throughout the site except contact 7

As contact 7 is part of your theme(installed default) you it goes into your account I am using the default contact form created by your team, I am facing following issue :

1) When I submit the form, form data is not getting clear remain there only
2) Not getting email.

Please resolve it ASAP

Please refer to the plugin documentation and configure the forms correctly. Our support does not coverer configuration of the contact form 7 plugin.

Create a new default form, test it, if it works, take all the settings from this default form.
