Contact Form in Contact Page

We like your template very much!

It seems that the contact form from contact page is not working. It does not send the e-mails.
Also, it is not reading the translationfile. But the translationfile is there ok 100% translated.

Can you help me?

Hello,

Contact forms are created with contact form 7 plugin and if you don’t get emails than it is some issue with your server or you didn’t set the email address correctly in the plugin settings.

I have already seen this video. Yet the Loco Translate does no translate the plug-in form in the page http://jp2.com.br/site/contato/ It seems like the template is not reading the .po file.
Could you check please please?

The e-mail is correct, but I will check with my ISP anyway.

PO file is not read by the theme at all. It is a WordPress functionality and don’t depend on the theme.
And we can’t check it, always get 403 error when trying to access your website.
