Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

This is the button element that you pointed in the screenshot. You can add the contact form 7 code in a page then add the link of the page to the Contact US button then when you click on the button you will be redirected to the contact page you created.

If you are trying to ask anything else then please elaborate with the help of some relevant screenshot of the specific areas that you actually want to achieve to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
