contact form, lost icons

Hello I would like to ask you to help me with some issues:
– How can I remove the D-blog part from the menu? In the pages I have set it as draft.(screenshot)
– When I clic from the homepage to another page the small icons (screenshot) are changed by empty square. What can I do to repair it?
– I have problem with the settings for contact form. Could you help me please and tell me what I did wrong? (screenshot of the error) I’m not sure which mail put to to To field and which to the From field, when I set it anyhow it’s not working.

Hi, the first two problems are solved 🙂 The second one I don’t know how 🙂
But I still have the problem with the forms.

As I understood the only problem is contact form configuration.
1/ Make sure you have configured sending emails to your host. In order to check this just ad a default form, save and test it. If you have problems, contact your host.

2/ If the default form works well, check the configuration of your form:

– make sure the mail contains your domain in the second part http://prntscr.com/j0ngus

– http://prntscr.com/j0nhp3 check these tags and make sure they are placed in the fields as per default form.
