Contact form pop up gives 404 error

Hello.

I cannot find where to edit the contact formular. When I click “Write a message (Send en besked)”, I get the pop up window. In that window I get the error: [contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]

I did not delete any forms, so I do not understand where the form is?
I cannot figure out where to edit the text on the right sidepanel of the popup window? That is the section with contact information

Thank you a lot for the answer. That helped and I got it to work.

But it is not possible to change the text on the screenshot I attached. The text is not in an infobox, neither on the backend editor.

Where do I change that text?

Thank you for the answer. I can also find it in the inspect window, and it seems that the text is under an info box. But it is not there in the backend. So where can I change the text in the backend?
