Contact us page display problem

Hi,

My contact us page collapsed as it displays very differently on the editor and the live website. You can see this in the screenshots. And there is one more issue my website’s mobile navigation menu is not working, nothing is showing after clicking on it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are seeing that you have “SiteGround Optimizer” plugin enabled on your Site. Could you please once deactivate that and then check back your mentioned issues again. They will appear fine by then.

So, it is basically a third party Plugin conflict not a Theme end issue.

As per your instructions, I deactivated the SG optimizer plugin, but the issue on my website remains. SG optimizer plugin isn’t making any problems on my website. I admit previously it was creating some problems but I reloved this issue with help of the SiteGround team of my hosting website. So now tell me where is the problem? I don’t have any other cashing or optimization plugins on my website.

Regarding the Contact Us page on your Site, the thing was you hadn’t used the dedicated Shortcode element on the Page to add Form related Shortcodes which is why the design was a bit of messed up showing. We have now added them through a dedicated Shortcode element and now the Design appears fine.

Regarding the Google Map, you need to make sure that your Google Map API Key is correctly generated and used then the Map will appear fine. Here is the Guide to generating API Key: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

Ya, I checked it and now it’s looking fine, Thanks!! I will set the google map API key as well. I need to know one thing, can I activate the SG Optimizer plugin for cashing purposes? Previously there was an error that I resolved with the help of the SG team. The WP rocket plugin isn’t working with my website, and cashing is very necessary for the website.

Regarding the SG Optimizer plugin, the thing is it usually causes the issue with the Theme so we can’t be sure about recommending you to use it. But if you want to pursue it, then you would need to be in touch with the Plugin Support for the issues related to it because as it is a third party Plugin so only the Plugin Support can help you out with its issues.
