    Hi XTemos,

We bought Woodmart theme from you and we would like to understand more about translations.

I will use an example to express better our thoughts.
We have an Woocommerce site built using Woodmart theme that should be in Romanian language. This means all labels and messages should be in Romanian, the content was already introduced in Romanian. But we are planning to add new languages soon for labels, messages and content, like English.

Reading your documentation and forums we understood that you recommend Loco Translate for theme translation and WPML for content translation.
As WPML is more complex and complete plugin when it comes to translation, we would like to know if using only WPML we can also translate the theme (strings, labels, messages).

Or should we use both of them?
Can you please give us your recommandation here?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

If you are going to set the default language as Romanian. You will need Loco plugin to translate the theme as them is in English only.

As soon as you need more languages, you will add WPML and create translations for other languages, including strings and others. Loco and WPML are fully compatible.

If you are going to have English as default, you will need WPML only.

    Best Regards
