Im getting this message in products info

i upgraded to the latest theme version 5.2.0 but the problem still occurs

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it?

I disabled one of the plugin and the issue is gone.
is there a way to solve the issue without deactivating the plugin.

You need to disable that plugin completely or fix if it breaks the theme and causes this error.
