Where i can edit the MORE INFO text from the cookie law bar?

If you are using any third party Plugin to show the Cookie Bar on your Site, then you might need to check with its options.

Or if you are using the Theme one, then you need to go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > General > Cookie law info > there you can configure the options related to it: https://xtemos.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/cookies-wd-7.jpg

For your ease, More Info redirects to the Page that you select under the Theme Settings > General > Cookie law info settings.
