Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output

Hello, when I log in to the site, I see a white screen. When I try to log into the admin panel, I get an error message like ‘Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output.’
I was able to log in by disabling the Themes folder. But I noticed that some functions on the site do not work properly.
How can we resolve this situation?

Our theme does not influence the site performance, please export all the content (if you have added yours) via Tools > Export and try to reinstall all, please install the theme and plugins to net WordPress installation:

Try to clear your browser cache and cookies. Also, try to enter your dashboard via the incognito tab in Google Chrome.
