Core Web Vitals

We notice on our site that the Core Web Vitals are poor. In particular LCP and FCP are high.

When i check the page speed insights of the Woodmart demo page, i get similar results. In particular a high amount of render blocking requests.

Can you advise us on how to optimise the LCP and FCP whilst using your theme to get better results? We already have WP rocket installed with all the relevant settings enabled.

Why does the demo have such low results too?

I appreciate any help you can provide

I do not see the same results as you when i look at the Google PageSpeed insights.

The results for LCP is poor and also within our Google Search Console the core web vitals result is also poor. Please see my screenshots. As mentioned before, the score is also low for the woodmart demo site.

Im not sure i understand, if the result is poor based on a 28 day average period then this is proof there is a problem?
