Costomer GDPR info being shown to others

We have had several instances where other customer details are showing up on different customer woocommerce checkout pages. Also the check out cart is not empty. This had happened many times now and we cannot figure out why.
As part of GDPR this is a big problem…

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Hi I cannot change the theme now unless the site will be down.
We have tested it this morning on different devices and confirm this is still the case.
We have just tried again but it not happening now so its seems to be only sometimes.
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
This functionality is not related to our theme at all and we can’t reproduce it on our side.
