Coupon Field Missing on Checkout Page

Maybe you are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which are part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart.

Navigate to Layouts > Edit checkout top content widget and the coupon form widget in the layout to show the coupon.
