i added a coupons for specific category but doesn’t appear on checkout page.
what can i do?

If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not our theme issue. Possible reasons for that: wrong WooCommerce configuration, bug with the plugin or conflict with some of the installed 3rd party plugins.
