Create image with overlapping textfield

Hi guys, how can I modify your theme to have the same effect as in the image below. I would like to have an image where a text field is overlapping the image.

You need to create row with two columns, then add this class to the right column: z-index-h and set -100px left margin. You can change -100px as per your needs.
