Hi,
1 – I want to make good menu same like in “Gorcery demo”. Please , send me the steps
2 – I want to add the language switcher in the mobile view on the home page beside logo
3 – I want to know how can I change the icon for mobile navbar.

Please check the manual on how the mega menu is created: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/ If you uploaded the demo, you should have ready HTML block, clone it and fill with your content. If you do not have let me know I will send you. Advise what builder you use: WP Bakery page builder or Elementor.
2. Language switcher is provided by a multilingual plugin. We recommend using WPML it is 100% compatible with the theme.

2 – I am already using WPML, I just want to know how to add the language switcher on the home page for the mobile view?
3 – I want to know how to customize the icons buttons for the Mobile navbar like (Shop, wishlist , cart, …etc ) for the mobile.

The HTML title is Grocery-menu fresh-food you can find in the Dashboard > HTML blocks.
Taking into consideration that you have not space enough in the mobile header, you would better assign the switcher to the mobile menu https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/
