Create Sticky Menu

and my menu http://prntscr.com/h2gta6 how to achieve like the example I give above? I’ve tried some trick custom CSS etc but seems not work

We are glad to know that you considered using Basel for your web-site. I hope you will be happy with it.

Unfortunately, there is no ability to change the sticky header structure with CSS code only. It requires more customization of CSS and JS code of the theme.
