Create This Mega Menu

I would like to know how can we create this kind of mega-menu (link below)? So, when we over the different categories, it changes the sub-categories on the right side.

I have visited the URL you provided. Sorry but you could not create the exact same mega menu as in the link you provided.

You can create something resembling the one for yourself using the HTML Blocks and add the HTML Block to the respective menu item from Appearance >> Menus.
