Creating a new shop page layout

Right now i wanted to add a banner to my shop page and i cannot do this. So i read your documentation about building a new layout as a shop page. The same sidebar filter widget works for my existing shop page https://onlinebeautyproducts.com.au/shop/
which came with the demo by the new layout i am trying to set up it does not

Do you know why this could be?? I gave you admin access…
I also wanted to get to my original shop page now that is live and elementor keeps giving me error messages. I thought i could add a banner to the shop page that way. With categories its so easy to add a banner via the html block. I wish it was that easy for a shop page.

Also, you can create a new custom layout for the shop page and add the banner on it.

Now the sidebar filters are also showing on the layout after removing the site cache and update the theme and plugins on the site.

It is not correct on the mobile. I had to take over and turn off that layout as it’s not correct for mobile. Whatever setting where touched it’s not right for mobile

Also I am not very familiar with the layout but is the shop banner suppose to show on every category in the shop or just the shop page??? I see it on every category also. So if I press fragrance it’s there if I press skincare it’s there plus my other banners for that category. I just want to understand how it works.
