    Hi sluttermike,

    Thanks for your patience.

In order to display categories or sub-categories and hide categories that don’t have products, you can edit Mega Menu and use Product categories widget.

Inside its settings, you can choose categories want to display and hide ones that don’t have products https://prnt.sc/R2sO_uUwOMKX

Please refer to the documentation for more details https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-mega-menu/

I know, i was tweaking a bit with my products etc. I’ve now done an new upload on my products and changed the menu how it was before. But can’t seem to get the menu back the way it was.

How it is currently structured: There is 1 main category: Vinyl, with all subcategories underneath. More main categories will be added later, such as CD and cassette tapes.

So I want to show the subcategories under vinyl in 3 or 4 columns under the Vinyl menu. I can’t get this done.

I know I can also do it manually, but that means when a new category is added or one is not filled, I always have to manually update the menu.

All categories now have a product.

Would you please help me with this?

    Hi sluttermike,

    I appreciate your patience.

You need to devide into columns inside the Row and select specific category for each Product categories element https://prnt.sc/7LXYzDeUEru3

    It looked better now https://prnt.sc/EluwmZ3vbNVL

    Hi!

    Thanks Hung!

But in this example you still have to set al the different categories manual correct? There is no way to display all categories at once in columns?

    Hi sluttermike,

That’s possible, you can leave dropdown an empty to show all categories, but it makes the column long.

You can select a few categories for each columns.

And the styling of this menu, how can i edit this?

I want the menu to look similar like this:

    Hi sluttermike,

    1. Currently, there is no way to remove completely menu item of empty product categories.

    2. If you would like you create Vertical menu like the screenshot, you can use Categories element from Header builder https://prnt.sc/SfPPFFWEBTSa

I kindly recommend you refer to article for more details https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-header-builder/

    Regards,
