Critical error after importing WoodMart prebuilt website

Hello. I purchased the WoodMart theme on ThemeForest and installed it on my WordPress website.

I am trying to use the WoodMart Camping prebuilt website. The import completes successfully, but when I open the website, WordPress displays: “There has been a critical error on this website.”

I also tried importing another WoodMart prebuilt website (EDC), and the same problem occurs.

I contacted my hosting provider (HOSTiQ). They checked the server logs and told me that they could not find PHP errors that explain the WordPress critical error. They recommended contacting the WoodMart developers because the problem appears after importing WoodMart prebuilt websites.

I have checked your website and found that the critical error disappears after activating the WoodMart parent theme. However, the page is still not loading correctly and remains on a white screen with the WoodMart loading logo.

I also checked your server configuration and found that the values are not sufficient. Please ask your hosting provider to increase PHP max input variables.
