Critical error on activation

I am trying to activate this theme on a new WordPress site that has no plug-ins active and I immediately get a critical error when I activate the theme.

I happened to have an older version of your theme in my downloads and this has activated fine, version 7.2.4, if I update to the latest version I get the critical error.

Hello, with help from my boasting company I have managed to fix the php and update the theme. however, I am now having a direct issue between the theme and woocommerce. I have tried multiple combinations and either get a critical error or woocommerce will not activate due to fatal error. Both the theme and woocommerce will activate on their own but not side by side.
