Critical error when attempting to edit with Elementor a product teamplate

HI Team

when we attempt to edit a template with Elementor we are getting the attached critical error.

We I disable Woodmark & enable Twenty Twenty theme this error does that happen

what is wrong?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor

sorry for the delay in responding as Easter took over!

I’ve disabled all plugins except for the three you listed.

The error is still happening.

can you please let me know your email address & I will then allocated a temporary admin account for you to investigate what is going wrong.

You can use any random email to create a temporary account. Then post the username and password here through the Private content field.

go to Elementor->Templates->Saved templates

Edit with Elementor the template called “JON – new product template – copy”

Hello,

It looks like you used our theme’s single product elements in Elementor Templates. Unfortunately, you can use them there. Our theme Elements created for a single product can be used only in our custom layouts. You can read more about this in our documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
