maxxonbiotechParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
I am facing a serious mobile performance issue on my website since the day I started using the WoodMart theme. Whenever users open the website on mobile devices, the site becomes stuck/frozen for a few seconds before it starts working normally. This issue is happening consistently and is negatively affecting user experience, engagement, and potentially conversions.
The problem is specifically noticeable on mobile devices:
Website freezes or hangs immediately after opening
Scrolling and interaction become unresponsive temporarily
After a few seconds, the site starts functioning normally
This issue has been present since the initial theme installationI have already spent significant time trying to optimize plugins, images, cache, and other settings, but the issue still exists. Because the problem started only after using the WoodMart theme, I need your technical team to properly investigate the root cause.
Please check:
Theme scripts and mobile optimization
JavaScript conflicts or blocking resources
Preloader or animation-related delays
Mobile rendering/performance bottlenecks
Any known issues with WoodMart on mobile devicesThis issue is affecting the professional performance of my store, and I would appreciate a proper technical solution instead of general optimization suggestions.
I have only 21 days of support remaining, so please prioritize this request and help me resolve it completely.
Thank you.

May 11, 2026 at 12:38 pm #718104Hello,
Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.
We recommend that you remove any unnecessary plugins and install a JS & CSS optimization plugin such as WP Rocket. Our guide on how to optimize your website using our themes can be found here: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.
Also, you can read more details about the accessibility optimization guide here:

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand general optimization practices such as reducing plugins, optimizing images, and using cache/minification plugins. However, this issue is different and specifically related to the mobile behavior after activating the WoodMart theme.
Important points:
* The website gets temporarily stuck/frozen immediately after opening on mobile devices.
* This issue started only after installing the WoodMart theme.
* The freeze happens before users can properly interact with the page.
* After a few seconds, the website becomes normal again.
* This behavior is affecting user experience and mobile performance significantly.I have already optimized many things on my website including images, plugins, and caching. Generic optimization suggestions are unfortunately not resolving the actual problem.
Please investigate this issue more deeply from the theme side, especially regarding:
* Mobile JS execution
* Theme scripts loading
* Preloader behavior
* Accessibility optimization impact
* Render blocking resources
* Any known WoodMart mobile freezing issuesI would appreciate if your technical team could properly analyze the issue instead of providing only general optimization recommendations.
You can test the issue directly on mobile devices here:
https://kamapet.comSince I have limited support time remaining, I kindly request a detailed technical investigation and an actual solution.
Best Regards
May 11, 2026 at 3:10 pm #718131Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello,
Thank you for your response.
I understand your optimization suggestions, and I have already worked on image optimization, caching, and plugin management. However, the issue still exists specifically on mobile devices.
The website temporarily gets stuck/frozen immediately after opening on mobile, then starts working normally after a few seconds. Since this issue started after using the WoodMart theme, I kindly request you to please test the website yourselves on mobile devices and check whether you can reproduce the issue.
Website:
https://kamapet.comIf you need admin or staging access for proper investigation, I can provide it. Please share the email address where I should create the account for your technical team.
I would really appreciate if you could investigate this issue directly instead of only suggesting general optimization steps.

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello Woodmart Support Team,
I am currently troubleshooting persistent high CPU usage and concurrent PHP worker spikes on my WooCommerce website using the Woodmart theme.
Hostinger monitoring and Query Monitor analysis show that a large number of WooCommerce-related hooks/modules from Woodmart are loading on almost every request. The issue appears to be cumulative PHP load rather than one isolated SQL query.
Some repeatedly loaded Woodmart components/hooks visible in Query Monitor include:
* woodmart_woocommerce_hooks
* wishlist modules
* compare modules
* shipping progress bar
* header builder frontend hooks
* parts CSS files
* product reviews modules
* custom product tabs
* catalog mode functions
* WooCommerce compatibility functionsCurrent environment:
* WooCommerce store
* Elementor stable version 3.35.9
* LiteSpeed Cache enabled
* Heartbeat optimized
* MalCare temporarily disabled for testing
* Query Monitor installedCould you please advise:
1. Which Woodmart modules/features are known to create heavier WooCommerce/admin-ajax/PHP load?
2. Which optional modules are safest to disable for performance optimization?
3. Are there recommended performance settings specifically for shared hosting environments like Hostinger?
4. Is there any known compatibility/performance issue with Elementor 4 beta versions or WooCommerce Action Scheduler?Thank you.

maxxonbiotechParticipantplease reply sir i dont have time remeining for support
May 13, 2026 at 2:56 pm #718385Hello,
The modules you see in Query Monitor are normal WoodMart WooCommerce integrations and are loaded dynamically depending on enabled theme features. In most cases, high CPU usage is related to server resources, third-party plugins, excessive AJAX requests, external scripts, or cache configuration rather than a single WoodMart function.
For performance optimization, we recommend temporarily disabling optional features you do not use.
For more details, follow this guide https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.
Note: Website optimization is an individual process for every website. We recommend you analyze your performance with online tools like Pingdom Website Speed Test, Google Pagespeed, GTmetrix, and Web Page Test. They will give you a lot of recommendations and tips regarding performance.
Best Regards

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello,
Thank you for the clarification.
I already performed extensive optimization and cleanup on the website:
* Reduced cron events from ~291 to ~38
* Disabled unused Rank Math modules
* Removed orphaned/background tasks
* Reduced duplicate cron events
* Optimized Heartbeat and server cron configuration
* Confirmed with hosting provider that memory, I/O, and PHP workers are healthyThe hosting provider’s monitoring now shows the CPU spikes are primarily related to PHP execution from WooCommerce + WoodMart integrations and admin-ajax/index.php requests, even under relatively low traffic.
In Query Monitor, a large number of WoodMart WooCommerce hooks are still loaded on every request, including wishlist, compare, shipping bar, reviews, parts-css-files, header builder, catalog mode, and other frontend integrations.
Could you please advise specifically:
* which WoodMart modules/features are considered the heaviest for CPU usage,
* which modules are safest to disable for WooCommerce stores,
* and whether there are recommended settings to reduce AJAX/PHP execution on product and shop pages?I would appreciate any advanced recommendations specific to WoodMart rather than general optimization guides.
Best regards.

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello Team,
One More …
I am currently troubleshooting high CPU usage and heavy admin-side AJAX activity on my WooCommerce website using the Woodmart theme.After extensive optimization work together with my hosting provider (Hostinger), the server environment has now been fully optimized:
* Redis Object Cache enabled and working
* LiteSpeed Cache configured correctly
* Cloudflare active and working properly
* Cron issues cleaned up
* CPU recovery significantly improved
* No abnormal server-side loops or stuck cron jobs remainingHostinger has confirmed from real-time monitoring that the remaining CPU load is primarily coming from:
1. WooCommerce admin-ajax requests
2. Woodmart dynamic backend/theme features
3. Heavy PHP execution during admin dashboard activity
4. Dynamic CSS generation and backend previewsThey also confirmed that this is no longer a hosting infrastructure issue, but likely theme/plugin-level behavior.
Current observations:
* wp-admin becomes heavy during WooCommerce activity
* admin-ajax.php requests remain frequent
* CPU usage increases mainly while logged into wp-admin
* WooCommerce dashboard analytics partially stopped working during optimization/rebuild processes
* Dynamic backend operations appear resource intensiveI would like your assistance identifying:
* Which Woodmart features/modules generate the highest AJAX or PHP load
* Any known issues related to admin-ajax.php usage
* Recommended Woodmart settings for lower CPU usage on WooCommerce stores
* Whether dynamic CSS generation can be optimized or reduced
* Any recommended features that should be disabled for better server efficiency
* Compatibility recommendations for Redis Object Cache + LiteSpeed CacheIf needed, I can also provide:
* Query Monitor screenshots
* Scheduled action logs
* CPU usage graphs
* LiteSpeed configuration details
* Hosting observations from HostingerPlease guide me on the best Woodmart-side optimizations for reducing backend CPU usage and AJAX load.
Thank you.
May 14, 2026 at 10:36 am #718437Hello,
Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-five or storefront to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is related to the theme or not.
Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and check the performance. Then, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify any that might be contributing to the performance issue.
Please let us know how these steps work for you.
Best Regards

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
I already performed extensive optimization and troubleshooting together with my hosting provider (Hostinger). The server environment is now stable and optimized:
* Redis Object Cache enabled
* LiteSpeed Cache optimized
* HPOS enabled with compatibility mode
* REST API caching enabled
* Heartbeat optimized
* WooCommerce Admin restored
* Database cleanup and scheduled actions optimizedThe long CPU lockups have already stopped after these optimizations.
Hostinger also confirmed that the remaining backend CPU usage is primarily related to dynamic admin-ajax activity and theme-level WooCommerce features rather than server infrastructure problems.
Using Query Monitor, I identified multiple Woodmart-related dynamic backend components loading heavily during admin usage, including:
* Dynamic CSS generation
* Attribute swatches
* Linked variations
* Dynamic discounts
* Floating blocks
* Popup builder
* Waitlist / compare / wishlist modules
* AJAX-heavy WooCommerce integrationsAt the moment, the issue is not a full site crash anymore. The site is stable, but backend CPU usage still rises significantly during admin activity.
Since this is a live production WooCommerce store with active shipping/payment integrations, temporarily disabling all plugins or switching the theme on the live site is risky.
Could you please advise specifically:
1. Which Woodmart modules are known to generate the highest admin-ajax or PHP worker load?
2. Whether Dynamic CSS generation can be optimized further
3. Whether Attribute Swatches or Linked Variations are known to create heavy backend queries
4. Which Woodmart performance settings are recommended specifically for high-product WooCommerce stores using Elementor + Redis + LiteSpeed
5. Whether you recommend disabling any particular Woodmart modules for backend CPU optimizationI can also provide Query Monitor screenshots if needed.
Best Regards

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
I am rebuilding my website on a completely fresh WordPress installation because I want to remove old bugs, conflicts, unnecessary database junk, and performance issues from my current live website.
Current live website:
kamapet.comNew fresh installation website:
kamavet.comMy goal is to create a completely clean/fresh setup, but I do NOT want to manually rebuild the full design again from scratch.
I want to safely migrate all design-related parts from the live site to the fresh installation, including:
WoodMart Theme Settings
Header
Footer
Menus
Mega Menus
HTML Blocks
Elementor Templates
Elementor Pages
Shop Layouts
Product Page Layouts
Typography
Colors
Logos
Images/Media
Mobile Menu
Global Design Settings
Custom Templates
WoodMart-related design settingsI want the new site to look almost identical to the live website, but on a completely fresh and clean WordPress installation.
I do NOT want to migrate old bugs, broken settings, junk database data, or unnecessary plugin settings from the old website.
Also, previously on my live website there was an issue where the WoodMart preview image was not appearing correctly under Appearance → Themes, and your support team provided this CSS:
div.wd-woodmart-theme .theme-info{
display: block;
}
Because of this, I am concerned there may already be some old bug/conflict/custom modification on the current site. I want to avoid bringing such issues into the fresh installation.So I need guidance for the safest and cleanest migration method.
Please help me with:
The correct export/import sequence
What should be migrated
What should NOT be migrated
The safest way to move WoodMart + Elementor layouts
How to move HTML Blocks and Mega Menus properly
How to avoid old bugs/conflicts during migration
Whether there is any official recommended migration workflow for WoodMartIf possible, I can also provide admin access for both websites so your team can directly help migrate the design/settings from the old site to the new fresh installation safely.
Thank you.

maxxonbiotechParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
Thank you for your support so far.
I would like to request a little faster communication if possible because I am currently rebuilding my entire website on a fresh installation and I have very limited support time remaining (around 12–13 days left).
At the moment, I am waiting for guidance before proceeding with the migration because I want to avoid bringing old bugs/conflicts into the new clean website. My current live website already had some issues previously, including the WoodMart preview issue for which custom CSS was added earlier.
Since I am rebuilding everything carefully on a fresh setup, every reply from your side is very important for the next step of development.
If replies come only once per day, the full migration and testing process may take too long and I may not be able to complete the rebuild properly before my support period expires.
So I kindly request, if possible, please provide replies a little faster (within around 30 minutes to 1 hour when available), so I can continue development step-by-step and complete the new website safely and without errors.
I truly appreciate your help and support. Thank you very much.

maxxonbiotechParticipanthi still not gatting any update from ur side?
May 18, 2026 at 12:40 pm #718668Hello,
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a dedicated step-by-step guide for correctly migrating a site from one domain to another. In most cases, this process works well when using specialized third-party migration plugins designed for WordPress site transfer.
Regarding the errors you are experiencing on your old site — we are not able to accurately determine the root cause, since FTP access was not provided for deeper investigation. Without server-level access, it is not possible for us to fully analyze the issue or reproduce it reliably.
Because of this, we also cannot guarantee that the same issue will not appear on the new site after migration, especially if the underlying cause is related to server configuration, plugins, or custom modifications outside of the theme.
If you can provide FTP and temporary admin access, we would be happy to take a closer look and try to identify the exact reason for the problem.
Best Regards.
May 18, 2026 at 9:43 pm #718729
maxxonbiotechParticipantPlease investigate the issue deeply, including:
cache behavior
AJAX/cart issues
mobile performance
plugin/theme conflicts
server-side errors
LiteSpeed/cache compatibility
Woodmart optimization recommendationsThis is a temporary access and will be removed after investigation.

May 20, 2026 at 9:48 pm #718952
maxxonbiotechParticipantHello,
I have now provided the correct FTP account credentials in the private content section.
Also, I would like to clarify that the issue is mainly happening only on the homepage. The main page gets stuck/loading slowly sometimes, while other pages such as product pages and inner pages are working properly without any issue.
Please check and resolve the homepage issue as soon as possible.

May 21, 2026 at 4:26 pm #719015Hello,
We have checked the site performance in detail and identified several critical issues that are significantly affecting mobile loading speed and overall performance.
We noticed duplicated theme styles on your website. This happens because the parent theme stylesheet is additionally loaded from the child theme. This duplicate loading should be removed as it creates unnecessary CSS requests and increases page size:
https://monosnap.ai/file/WuBAKNlVVFYGK9WVQyqEqz50TaVGcCYour homepage contains multiple carousels/sliders that initialize simultaneously during page load. This creates a heavy load on mobile devices and negatively impacts performance metrics.
To optimize this, we recommend either:
enabling the option “Init carousel on scroll” for each carousel, or
enabling the option “Disable Swiper slider script on mobile devices” in Theme Settings.Many images on the site are not properly optimized. Large image sizes significantly affect page loading speed, especially on mobile devices. We recommend compressing images and serving properly scaled versions.
We also recommend reviewing our performance optimization guide for additional improvements:
https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/Please make these changes and recheck your performance results afterward.
Best Regards.
May 21, 2026 at 6:19 pm #719031
maxxonbiotechParticipantHello,
Thank you for the detailed investigation and recommendations.
We have now identified the duplicate parent stylesheet loading from the child theme and will remove it accordingly.
We will also optimize the homepage sliders/carousels using the recommended performance settings and work on image optimization/compression for better mobile performance.
We will implement these changes and recheck the performance results afterward.
Best Regards
May 21, 2026 at 9:12 pm #719045
maxxonbiotechParticipantHello,
Thank you for your recommendations.
We have now implemented the suggested optimizations:* Removed duplicate parent stylesheet loading from the child theme
* Enabled performance optimization for mobile sliders/swipers
* Rechecked homepage loading performance and stabilityThe website performance has already improved significantly after these changes.
Could you please do one more complete review of the website and let us know if there are any additional recommendations related to:
* Plugin conflicts or unnecessary plugins
* Theme settings optimization
* Elementor performance improvements
* Homepage structure or heavy sections
* Cache/CDN configuration
* Server or PHP-related recommendations
* Database optimization
* Future stability and prevention of downtime/issuesWe would appreciate any advanced guidance or best practices specific to our website setup so we can make the site as stable, fast, and future-proof as possible.

May 22, 2026 at 1:26 pm #719082Hello,
Our theme does not conflict with third-party plugins and works as stably as the default WordPress theme in terms of compatibility. In the theme dashboard, there is a separate *Plugins* section where we list the recommended plugins that are sufficient for correct, stable, and optimized website performance.
By default, the theme already includes optimized settings, and we have also provided additional optimization recommendations in our previous message.
Regarding the server environment, our theme works correctly with all standard recommended WordPress and WooCommerce configurations. We recommend ensuring that your hosting environment meets the latest WordPress requirements, including a modern PHP version, sufficient memory limits, and properly configured caching.
Please also note that a detailed website audit, analysis of third-party plugins, server environment, database, or custom performance optimization is not included in the standard scope of theme support. Our support covers issues directly related to the functionality and operation of the theme itself.
From the theme side, there are no known issues that would cause critical mobile performance problems or website instability when the server environment and third-party plugins are configured properly.
Best Regards.
