Since a week, my website has been experiencing major technical issues:

    Frontend dysfunction (mobile):

The mobile version displays an upside-down layout.

The menu and search bar are non-functional.

Product pages and other sections show unformatted or non-responsive text.

    Backend dysfunction:

When I attempt to edit a product, a blank white page appears, preventing any modification.

I restored the latest website backup, but the problem persists unchanged.

This is significantly disrupting the usability and administration of the site. I urgently need help to identify and resolve the core problem. thank you

    Hello,

In this case, send me access to the admin panel so I can investigate that issue. Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switch to the parent/default theme for testing.

    Kind Regards
