CSS and cache problem ( Very Urgent)

Hello, I am faced with a very annoying problem on my site, I used a lot of special css and I got a very nice design, but when I first enter the site, there is a deterioration in the homepage design. and when I clean the varnish cache in my cloudways server, I refresh the page again and the problem does not appear

Also, it is not possible to enter more css in global css in Theme settings, it gives a red warning.

Try to resave the header in the header builder and clear all caches and CDN.
