CSS & CSS Generator

Hi,

We have been using the Custom CSS area inside WoodMart theme, however we recently lost connection to the site whilst working on it and later when we were able to login again all our custom CSS in each of the ‘device boxes’ had disappeared – all boxes blank!
So three questions:
1. Any idea as to why this should have happened?
2. We’re now a bit nervous about using this feature. Presumably we can use a separate plugin for our custom CSS (e.g. Simple CSS)?
3. If we use a separate plugin can we still take advantage of the CSS Generator to reduce the amount of CSS that loads?

Hi,

It is hard to say what happened so you lost your theme settings data. If you have a lot of CSS code we suggest you to use child theme and place all your code there. You can find it in the package downloaded from ThemeForest and install via Appearance -> Themes.

CSS generator is not related to custom CSS and it doesn’t matter if you will use additional plugins or not.
