css problem with mobile nav menu

Hi there,

we have a mobile view issue which we cannot fixed by ourselve. The view on desktop devices seems to be correct and on developer mode (mobile) too. But on a smartphone the nav menu is stucked. This is only the case, if the menu burger menu is opened in product archive. The same menu is looking good on other sites.

Please deactivate all plugins except these ones:

WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

If the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

you can fell free to do your actions. I am pretty sure that this has to be a css issue which s not caused by theme or plugins.
