    Hi

    Custom CSS codes are not loading properly. Is there anyway we can implement preloading of Custom CSS or you want us implement such in child theme style.css file?

    I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Satya

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:
    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you need help, then provide permission and give ftp details, I will update the theme on your site.

    Hello,

    Hi Aizaz,

    After updating the WoodMart theme CSS style class and ID has been changed. For instance, Order review alignment class which you had shared earlier to make it aligned now changed to something else. Hosting provider has nothing to do with all the changes or backups.

    This is just one example .wd-checkout-prod-cont and there are many more classes has been updated automatically with the theme update.

    Kind regards,
    SP

    Hi Aizaz, The class after the theme update looks like this.
    .woocommerce > .woocommerce-checkout > :not(:is(.customer-details, .checkout-order-review)) {
    width: 100%;
    }
    Snapshot: https://prnt.sc/Vo3kBVNB_KSr

    The topic that is closed now: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/order-review-price-alignment/ after a fix is not longer aligned properly.

    Hi Aizaz,

    Update made our work double. The styles what was there is no longer valid, now we had to go through individual elements to get it all sorted.

    The Main issue custom CSS loading is not working properly. After hard refresh the elements are working well. Could someone guide us regarding the issue.

    #501884

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest Woodmart 7.3.2 version, update all the theme plugins then deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    How often do we expect the updates to be rolling out? Aizaz, you are asking us to update the theme, will it again break the structural design of the website?

    #502269

    Hello,

    Please take the complete backup of the site then send me the WP admin login details so I will update the theme for you and let see how it will work.

    Hi Aizaz,

    Thank you for updating the theme. Seems the core issue Custom CSS Preloading, child theme style.css and other custom css file we have created needs to set to load eager. After update there is an issue Checkout page order review autoloading takes longer than expected which was smoother earlier.

    Regards,
    SP

    Hello,

    We reviewed the screenshots you provided but we still don’t understand what you mean. It looks like it has no relation to the update or our custom CSS feature at all. As we can see, you have some custom CSS made by you or your developer that no longer works, right?

    Kind Regards

    For instance, if you click our blog page, Post title and read more button styles are in Global Custom CSS file. It does not fetch instantly. When someone does hard refresh it is working fine.
