custom field option in single product page

i want to add custom field option in single product page like describe in ss.. i dont know either this option is available in theme or i have to install any plugin.

In your screenshot there is a variable product variation drop down:

Go to Theme Setting > Shop > Size Guide:

You can find the option to enable the Wishlist in the Theme settings > Shop > Wishlist.
