If it is not enough and you still have the problem, please describe in details. I cannot understand the problem from your screens. I see that you have added all the files properly and you have the custom font in Theme > Typography.

The font is uploaded and applied correctly. Probably, you need to change latin symbols in your categories menu.

As we can see, in your Typography options you have uploaded IRANSansWeb font. Is it a different font than IRANSans?
