Custom font CSS not working

Hi there –
I am trying to get a font called Pagal working in the WoodMart template – see pagal-broken.jpg. I have added other custom fonts without issue see odachi-working.jpg, but when I add this font (it only has a .ttf format) so I then converted it to a .woff format online and used this as my custom font but it will not work.. Is there something I am doing wrong?
