Custom html doesn't shown

I want to show this certified logo in footer:

I put it in custom HTML in footer with ؛زرین پال؛ label but don’t showed anything in footer.

You are trying to add a script to HTML block, that is why it does not work. Take your logo and add as jpeg/svg or png.

Wich element in footer area can run script?
If you are using WPBakery page builder to add this element you can try to use “Raw HTML” element. Or you can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
