Custom page 404

Hello,

I need your help because I would like to custom the 404 page but I don’t know how.
So I tried to install different plugins but it doesn’t worked. I don’t know why.
If you could explaint to me it would be nice.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting us.

You do not need any additional plugins to set a custom page. You just need to create the page you want to be shown as 404 and set it in the Theme Settings > General > Custom 404 page, choose from the drop-down.

Update the theme up to the recent version. 404 custom page is a new feature in our theme. You need to have version 2.6 http://prntscr.com/jvpmim
