Custom Product Label Not Appearing On Category Page For Variation Products

Hello,

We have an issue where we have created a custom product label to show on the main image.

It displays for both single and variation products on the product page but only displays for the single product on the category page.

Can you please advise what we may be doing wrong?

Hello,

To display a custom label on product images, you can achieve this by using attributes. Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Products > Attributes, then edit the desired attribute.
2. Enable the option to display the attribute label on the product image.

Next, add this attribute (which includes the label) to the products where you want the custom label to appear.

Once the attribute is added to the product, the label will be displayed on your website.

Thank you for your reply but as mentioned in the original post, we already successfully created custom product labels and know how to to this.

The issue is that the custom product label does not appear on category pages for variation products. We included information in the private area concerning this that you may have missed.

When the Show Single Variation option is enabled, variations are treated as individual products rather than part of the parent product. As a result, the custom product label associated with the parent product will not display. This is the way it works.

To resolve this:
1. Disable the option Hide Variations Parent in the theme settings.
2. This will ensure the parent product appears on the category pages along with the custom product label.
