    Hi there,

I’m having an issue with custom tabs not showing up on some but not all product pages. I would like all product pages to include these tabs, each to be separated with a 1px line:
    Description
    Shipping
    About <Insert Brand Name>
    Product Enquiry

On 35 of my listings, the addition of the custom tab (About <insert brand name>) is not working. Whilst it is added to the back end, it does not show on the front end, plus it messes up the formatting of the lines. Are you able to help identify what the issue is?

Please see attached images labelled correct display and incorrect display.

    Hello,

I am checking the product. You have added Ella Bulley brand. I am checking this brand and its description is empty: https://prnt.sc/uxasy4

Please follow this instruction to show the brand information correctly: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/how-to-setup-brands/

Please add the title of the tab: https://prnt.sc/uxauoo

    Best Regards

Thank you for your response, but the missing text isn’t quite the issue. The issue that the tab (About Brand) does not show up all together.

For example, on this listing, I have inputted the Ella Bulley text into the custom tab text area and it shows up perfectly: https://theslowlist.com/shop/wo-ye-pe/

However on this listing I have inputted text into the same areas, yet the tab does not appear on the front end: https://theslowlist.com/shop/white-with-turquoise-beads-long-necklace/

Are you able to have another look at this issue please?

Hi there, I managed to create the HTML block “About Brand” section with your suggestion, thank you.

The problem I’m now having is that the lines separating the tabs appear to be inconsistent, even though CSS has been added specifying 1px. Is there any fix for this? I have attached images of how I would like it to display (correct display) and how some are currently displaying. Sometimes the bottom line is missing, sometimes it shows as double thickness and sometimes an extra line is displaying but I can’t work out the reason.

    Hello,

The problem is caused by your custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/v0lpol

Disable your custom CSS for a While and check.

    Best Regards
