Page options have been enabled as soon as you installed the theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
The sidebar is configured for each site section in the Theme Settings and in the page options.
What do you mean by custom post types? Which posts do you mean: by the third parties plugin? You will find the options for the shop, blog, projects. Custom post type may not support these options.
