I think there’s a Problem with the Theme.
Customers Cannot Pay.
I choose to pay with the bank, I press the make payment button and it gives a yellow warning.

Recently, we received a negative review from you about the site speed. In general, most of the performance problems are not related to our theme. We don’t have any opened issues or bugs related to the speed and performance should be very high.
